Engineers building production software.

Lotis is home to a small bench of engineers on web products, APIs, protocol software, and the RWA register. We are a software company. Tokenization is the flagship project, not the whole firm.

A company built by engineers, for the systems that have to stay up.

The work is production software: client products, internal tools, holder books, and restricted transfers. The flagship is real-world asset tokenization for property, allocated gold and silver, and titled financial lots.

A culture of technical depth

Lotis attracts people who like hard production problems. Product software, protocol work, and the RWA register share one bench. Curiosity, careful reviews, and the freedom to pick a better design over a faster one.

Remote by design

Headquarters is listed in New York, United States. The work is remote-friendly. We collaborate asynchronously and meet when the project needs a room, not a ritual.

Builders of production software

We ship systems a team can still operate next year. Web products, APIs, holder books, restricted transfers. The flagship is real-world asset tokenization, sitting on the same bench as the rest of the software.

Learning in the work

Mentorship and reviews are part of the job. You grow by owning interfaces, data, and the path to production, including the unglamorous ops that keep a register honest.

Life at Lotis

A small, global bench

What unites the team is a preference for software that matches the file. Thoughtful debate, written decisions, and the kind of ownership you only get on a small bench.

Join the team

If you want to write software that has to hold up in production, this is the work.

“People are here for the work, not the pose. Production software has to hold up after launch day.”

Culture that counts

Built around hard problems, not a perk list.

Lotis is built around production systems. Client software and the RWA register need the same standard: ownership, tests, and a path that still works next year. The problems are open-ended. Progress comes from people who take the file seriously and shape the software around it.

Autonomy over hierarchy

Self-directed engineers who own the problem. Decisions follow reasoning and outcomes, not a title on a slide.

Think past the ticket

Client products and the RWA register need the same standard: a design that still works when launch week is over. We keep legal files, custody, and software in their own lanes.

Learning is the default

New surfaces, new jurisdictions, same standard. We share what we are building, including the parts that are still ugly.
